Warranty

Every new bike we sell is supplied through Sur-Ron’s UK distribution and comes with the manufacturer warranty. Because we are an official dealer, warranty inspections and repairs are done in our own workshop rather than through a call centre.

What to do if something is wrong

  • Stop riding the bike if the fault affects safety (brakes, steering, battery or charger).
  • Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, the bike’s frame number, a description of the fault and, if possible, photos or a short video.
  • We will confirm whether the work is covered and book the bike in. If you are more than 150 miles away we can advise on transport or arrange the work with a dealer closer to you.

What is and is not covered

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the frame, motor, controller, battery and electrical system for the period stated in your handbook. Wear items such as tyres, brake pads, chains and sprockets, and damage from crashes, water ingress, modifications, competition use or non-genuine parts are not covered. Keep your service record up to date; a bike serviced by our workshop is the easiest warranty claim of all.

Parts and accessories

Genuine Sur-Ron parts carry the manufacturer’s parts warranty; other brands carry their own. In every case, contact us first and we will handle the claim for you.

Full warranty terms are in the owner’s handbook supplied with the bike. Questions? Message the workshop.
