Basis of sale and payment
A contract is formed only when you receive our order confirmation email. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is by bank transfer to the account details we email you after you order (quoting your order number), or by cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT) to the wallet address shown on your order confirmation; goods are dispatched or handed over once payment has cleared. Quotations are valid for 10 days.
Reservations (50% deposit)
You may reserve a bike by paying a 50% deposit, after which the bike is held for you at the agreed price. The balance is payable before delivery or collection. Deposit and balance invoices are sent by email. The terms agreed with our customer service team at the time of the deposit form part of the contract.
Delivery
We deliver to the delivery location within the agreed period and in any event within 30 days of the contract. Risk passes to you on delivery or collection; title passes when we have received payment in full. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Cancellation and returns
You may cancel a distance contract within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions and conditions set out in our delivery and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Conformity
Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and conform to their description.
Privacy
We process personal data as data controller in accordance with UK GDPR and our privacy policy.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses.
